Well, I like the name. It even is easily amenable to Korean Konglisizing!
some points I'm picking up about cyberknife
Cyberknife uses Xrays, not protons, and doesn't use a knife.
The CyberKnife is not a knife at all, but a sophisticated radiation tool
The CyberKnife with its Dynamic Tracking Software is cleared
to provide radiosurgery for lesions anywhere in the body when radiation
treatment is indicated. The CyberKnife has often been used to
radiosurgically treat otherwise untreatable tumors or inoperable
tumors. Moreover, this system treats tumors at body sites, most of
which are unreachable by other stereotactic systems.
I'm still looking into RFA (Radio Frequency Ablation) or cryotherapy mentioned
by Olga. That's like, they just insert a pin into the tumor and direct
radiofrequency into the pin so it's directed towards the tumor. I
really don't see the need for messing up my entire body with chemo when
these precision techniques are avaiable.
