Both of these replies to your postings on the sarcoma alliance mailing list are very informative!
On a different topic, I recall hearing that a "mother" tumor may send some sort of chemical
signals (hormonal?) that might cause satellite tumors to not grow. I haven't looked for corroborating information about this.
I also ran across this site, that seems to have quite a bit of information about different treatments. After a quick scan, I did not
see your specific cancer specifically in the pleural cavity.

But the section "Stage IV Adult Soft Tissue Sarcoma", case 2 under "visceral unresectable", seems to be relevant and recommend chemo with
various regimens.
