Well your math isn't really perfect... So I'm going to argue that you are not quite as special as you think. 30% =0.3 not 0.03. So in reality it is 0.005*0.3=0.0015.
But you are missing another rather important point. This is the probability that you would get what you have, given that you are diagnosed with cancer. I forgot your age so I am going to assume that you were cancer free at age 35.
So given that, the probabilty that you would develop cancer before age 40 is 0.451% and the probability you would get it at all for the rest of your life is 44.877%. So multiplying this in we find that:
Probaility of getting it this young: 0.0015*0.00451=0.000006765=0.0006765%
Probability of getting it during your life:
0.0015*0.44877=0.000673155=0.067%.
Since of course your age is the unique aspect here, I think I have sufficiently proven that you are even more special than you thought. :)
